Heavy MTL is offering 3 great options for fans who had bought tickets to the postponed Montreal edition of the Canadian Carnage tour. Please see details below.

Option 1. Attend Day 1 with your original Canadian Carnage ticket

• Keep your original Canadian Carnage ticket and use it to access day 1 of the festival (07/24/2010) at Parc Jean-Drapeau
• No additional action required is required on your part

Option 2. Upgrade your Canadian Carnage ticket to a Heavy MTL Weekend pass or Special Edition Weekend Pass

• As a special thank you to all Canadian Carnage ticket holders, we are offering you the exclusive opportunity to enjoy both days of Heavy MTL at a reduced price!



• You pay $100 + fees for your weekend pass or $105 + fees for the Special Edition Weekend Pass and will receive a full refund for the price of your Canadian Carnage Montreal ticket(s) and the service charges incurred on your initial purchase.



• You can upgrade your original ticket via the sales channel used to purchase.
  1. If tickets were purchased at the Bell Centre box office:
     1. Bring your Canadian Carnage Montreal ticket(s) to the Bell Centre box office (Mon-Sat 12pm-6pm)
     2. You will be fully refunded for the price of your Canadian Carnage Montreal tickets and initial service charges. Your refund will be applied via original method of purchase. Example: If bought using my credit card the refund will be applied to the credit card I used to make the purchase.Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
  
  
  
  2. If tickets were purchase on the phone or via the web
     1. Click on one of the two ticket icons above.
     2. When prompted for your password, enter the last eight digits of your order confirmation number. Example: If my order number is 002-1234 5678, then I would enter 12345678
     3. You can purchase the same number of weekend passes as tickets that you had in your original order.
     4. You will be fully refunded for the price of your Canadian Carnage Montreal tickets and initial service charges. Your refund will be applied via original method of purchase. Example: If bought using my credit card the refund will be applied to the credit card I used to make the purchase.Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
